The FTT-8812 warranty covers manufacturing defects for 3 years from the delivery date: glaze crazing not caused by abrasive cleaning, structural cracking under normal installation conditions, and dimensional non-conformance outside the stated 3% tolerance. Cosmetic defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photo documentation referencing the packing list. Structural defect claims are accepted within the full 3-year window. Our standard resolution is replacement units in the next scheduled shipment, or a credit note at your preference. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, impact, or use of abrasive or acid-based cleaners. Tracked defect rate on FTT-8812 shipments over the past 24 months has averaged below 0.3%.
