Why distributors are adding a ceramic children's toilet
Search "cartoon toilet" on any big US marketplace and you'll mostly find plastic potty chairs and small wall-hung urinals for boys. Those work for potty training at home. They don't work for a licensed childcare center that needs a real, plumbed fixture it can scrub and sanitize all day. Contractors building schools and pediatric offices still have to source child-height toilets, and most catalogs offer one plain white option at best. A fixture kids actually like using gives your dealers something to talk about and something to sell, not just a spec line.
Questions buyers ask before ordering
Which age group is it right for?
The seat height suits roughly ages 5 to 8, which covers kindergarten and early elementary. Toddler and preschool rooms are a different story. Some state and county childcare rules cap the rim height lower than this, so check your local licensing rules before quoting a daycare job. Tell us the age group and we'll tell you honestly whether this model fits.
Will it install like a normal toilet?
Yes. It uses a standard floor flange and wax ring, so no special carrier or frame is needed. Plumbers treat it like any one-piece unit, only shorter.
What certifications can you provide?
Our factory holds ISO 9000 and has approved products under US UPC, Canadian CSA and European CE schemes. Ask for the test documents for this specific model, and we'll send what applies to your market before you place the PO.
How does it hold up in a busy facility?
The body is fired in tunnel kilns up to 126 m long, which keeps firing temperature even and shrinkage consistent from piece to piece. The raised cat details are fully glazed with rounded edges, so a damp cloth gets them clean and there are no sharp corners near little hands.
Can we put our own brand on it?
Yes. Logo on the carton and tank, custom packaging, and inserts in English or bilingual English/Spanish can all be arranged. You can also mix this children's toilet with our standard toilets and basins in one container, which makes it easy to test a small quantity alongside your regular reorder.
About the factory
We started making sanitary ware in Tangshan in 1914 and shipped our first export order in 1955. Today the plant covers 600,000 m², runs 309 casting lines and turns out about 3.5 million pieces a year, with around 90% going overseas. Our customers include large US home-improvement chains and regional plumbing wholesalers.
