Our ceramic production follows a complete, standardized process from raw material preparation to final quality inspection, ensuring stable performance and high durability in every piece.
We start by selecting premium clays and minerals, which are finely ground and processed to remove iron impurities, laying a solid foundation for dense, strong ceramic bodies. High-pressure casting is then applied to create uniform blanks less prone to cracking.
For glazing, we use eco-friendly glazes with automatic spraying and dipping methods, delivering a smooth, antibacterial, and stain-resistant surface. Products are fired at over 1200℃ in tunnel kilns for full vitrification, greatly improving hardness and water resistance.
Finally, each item passes combined manual and mechanical inspections, including flushing, load, and appearance checks, to guarantee a flawless finish and long service life.
Quality Control Case
If a toilet doesn't pass the flush performance test, it's almost always down to these few issues. Our factory has done a thorough root-cause analysis and put together targeted fixes to make sure every single unit leaving the factory meets our high-quality standards.
Wrong drilling angle on the flush rim holes during moulding
We'll strictly follow the technical specs for hole size and quantity, and make sure each hole has a 45° outward bevel.
Incorrect placement when bonding the water channel assembly
We'll refine the product design for the best flushing result, and glue the water channel assembly exactly as required by the technical guidelines.
Cracks or air leaks in the water channel
During production, we'll keep the water channel perfectly upright to avoid these kinds of defects.
Not enough water volume or improper installation
Every unit will go through a full flush performance test before it's shipped out.
