Will it fit the cabinets you already sell?
This is the first question most furniture buyers ask, and it's the right one. Ceramic shrinks during firing, so two batches from a poorly controlled kiln can come out a few millimetres apart. That's enough to leave a gap along the carcass edge. Our main tunnel kiln is 126 m long and 3.2 m wide, with even temperature across each section, which keeps TG-550 dimensions steady from one order to the next. If you already have a 550 carcass in production, send the top-panel drawing. We'll check the inner opening and the fixing positions against our mould before you commit.
Tap and waste: what your end customers will ask
The Ø35 mm hole takes most single-lever mono mixers sold in Europe, the UK, Africa and the Middle East. Because the basin has an overflow, it needs a slotted waste (click-clack or pop-up). Put that on your listing. It saves your sales team a lot of "the waste leaks" calls that turn out to be an unslotted fitting. Taps and wastes are not included, which lets you bundle your own brassware at your own margin.
Why buy the basin separately
Many vanity unit brands now make cabinets close to their market and import only the ceramic. The cabinets ship flat, the basins ship dense, and freight costs drop compared with importing assembled units. There's also a steady replacement trade. When a cabinet gets water damage or a basin cracks, the installer needs a 550 top that matches what's already on the wall. A furniture basin with fixed, repeatable dimensions is what keeps that business with you rather than with the shop down the road.
Capacity and repeat orders
We produce about 3.5 million pieces a year on 309 casting lines, and TG-550 stays on the schedule rather than being cast only on demand. You can load it alongside toilets and pedestal basins in one mixed container, which helps if you're building stock across several lines. OEM options include your logo on the back stamp and printed export cartons.
About the factory
We are Tangshan Beifangcidu Ceramic Group Sanitaryware Co., Ltd. The plant fired its first sanitary ware in 1914 and began exporting in 1955. Around 90% of today's output goes overseas, to buyers in North America, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, including large building-material retail chains.
