Sanitary ceramic production worldwide can be categorized into three types based on the level of automation.

Type 1: Fully Automated Production LineThe entire production line achieves full automation, featuring typical processes such as high-pressure slip casting, robotic glazing, and automated transfer between connected procedures. Besides equipment inspectors and quality checkers for each process, the production line requires almost no manual operators.

Type 2: Semi-Automated ProductionThis type adopts low-pressure slip casting, manual green body trimming, glazing by either workers or robots, and combined manual-mechanical material handling. The production line employs a large number of operators and has relatively low requirements for automation solutions, while allowing convenient manual intervention in case of malfunctions. At present, many sanitary ware manufacturers are in this stage.

Type 3: Manual-Dominated ProductionProduction relies almost entirely on manual labor, with extremely low automation, low production efficiency, and poor product standardization. This stage is mostly seen in small family-run workshops.

Our factory operates partially in Type 1 mode, which is dedicated to the production of standardized classic products. The rest of our production adopts Type 2 mode. For the development of new models and customized products, the combined manual-mechanical approach enables flexible adjustments that better align with actual production requirements.
